Not good for hot sleepers! The customer service was great but the product was not good. I am a hot sleeper, which is why I got this comforter. But I woke up covered in sweat every night I used this new comforter. Worse than ever before. The duvet cover held the moisture, so when I woke up the cover was damp and it stayed damp ALL DAY! I have had to wash it three times in one week. I am returning it. The buttons on the duvet cover also kept falling off! They were not sewed on well. I had to re-attach two and two more have fallen off since I got it. One fell off right after removing from the package. Do not recommend this product at all, but their customer service person was helpful! I hope this helps someone like me who was convinced by all the reviews on their website that it would be great.
Ordered a set of sheets for our Tempur-Pedic mattress, which sleeps a little hot. Performance was only OK, and we were disappointed in the quality of the sheets themselves. Stitching is cheap-looking. The fitted sheet stretches after a couple of days, causing fit issues - it constantly comes off the mattress.
SlumberCloud reached out to me to do an online survey, followed by a phone conversation. When I explained my dissatisfaction with the fitted sheet, their only solution was to offer me a USED mattress pad for my troubles. A used mattress pad. During a global pandemic.
NO THANKS. Will not do business with this company again.

Terrible. A product that is meant to make you not sweat at night made me think I had a medical condition. I had to work with my doctor for months to figure out it was due to me using this product and when I finally figure it out they refused to do a refund. Save yourself the trouble and just get a cotton mattress pad.
I love my slumber cloud products! Just like sleeping on a cloud. The performance sheets are my personal favorite. I sleep next to the hottest sleeper and we both sleep so comfortably. The silk pillow case feels so luxurious!! Not to mention the amazing slumber cloud team. I reached out with a question regarding shipping. They were so kind and professional and it ended up being a ups problem!! I felt so silly and embarrassed but they were kind enough to offer me 10% off my next purchase. Definitely a repeat customer!!!!

I bought the whole set for my bed. Mattress pad, sheet set, pillows, pillow covers, comforter, duvet cover. I’ve always slept very hot and have wasted a lot of money on other products. I can say all of the bedding is super soft and I finally don’t wake up in a pool of sweat! I would recommend these products to anyone who suffers from night sweats! Just make sure to follow the care instructions, the rep told me not to wash or dry on high heat which I followed and haven’t had any issues.
I am so disappointed at the product and the customer service.. I purchased the comforter in November of last year and washed it for the first time last week. It shrunk y at least eight inches..it was a king size and now looks like a queen size. Contacted customer support who basically said, sorry but that’s within acceptable shrinkage limits...what?
I purchased a pillow cover eight months back. It is already torn at the sides. I've never had a pillowcase tear. They have a 180 day guarantee. Because I only noticed the tear recently, they would not on a replacement. They wanted to give me a 10% off code to purchase a new one. I would not purchase one again due to the poor quality
They are the worst "cooling' sheets I've owned. Nothing cooling about them in fact I think I slept warmer than with other sheets like Brooklinen
Oh My, where do I start? With pictures? Because I do have them. I don't know who is making them but they must be on drugs or drunk. It is not hard to sew a straight seam. I have never ever seen such poor quality and the pillowcase seams are sewn so crooked they run across sideways on the pillows.

I am a very warm sleeper. Their advertising is spot on and you will get sucked in fast. Do not fall for this, I would compare their products to be equivalent to anything off the shelf from Walmart. Every piece is made in China, NASA technology? No. I purchase the comforter and cover, sheet set and mattress pad, they will all be going back.
I purchased a mattress pad 2 weeks ago it still has not arrived... and I live 10 miles away from their distribution center in Denver. After speaking to two different customer service reps I have only received a confirmation number. They are quick to blame UPS for their miscommunication. Careful if anything goes wrong dont expect this service do be anything above below par. I am waiting to see how their pad is to completely write them off, but it is not a good sign and certainly makes me question the quality of their product.
I have purchased 3 of the “Cumulus” comforters. It is light weight and can be used in summer and winter months. I love the weight of this particular comforter. If you do not want to perspire during sleeping I would purchase the Cumulus. The only thing I would suggest to the company...is to make the comforters a little larger for the beds. Otherwise both me/husband and guests have commented with a thumbs up!
